2. All the websites content and designs have been licensed non-exclusively from Screene.com as per the terms of use at Screene.com.
3. The end-user/surfer is granted only the permission to use the websites for the basic function of sending greetings and ecards to friends, family and colleagues, downloading and installing screensavers and wallpapers for personal use.
4. All the screensavers and wallpapers on our websites are free of ad-ware, spy-ware and viruses.
5. In no way, must any website in the network be used for spamming, harassing, sending unsolicited greetings, sending pages or ecards to unknown email addresses, or misused in any other way.
6. The software and content on the websites are only for personal, non-commercial use, only for viewing and may not be downloaded, sold, leased, rented or redistributed in any way.
7. End User may not modify, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, create derivative works of any design/content on our websites.
8. Extraction or copying or use of images, videos, music by any means is strictly prohibited.
9. The text messages in the content, may not be copied or used anywhere else for any purpose.
10. We do not warrant or guarantee that the screensavers, wallpapers, greetings or any portion thereof or any of our services of any website will meet the end users requirements or that the operation of the same will be uninterrupted or error free.
11. We use external Tell-A-Friend services for the function of sending ecards and pages. We are in no way responsible for any emails, you get from them or any other websites due to your checking 'offers' or 'newsletters' while sending ecards or pages. Please read their privacy policy.
12. We shall in no event be liable to end-user or any other such person for any incidental, consequential, indirect, punitive , mental, emotional or exemplary damages.
